SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing: We make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders received before 12:00 PM (EST) on business days will usually be processed on the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM (EST) or on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including standard shipping, expedited shipping, and international shipping. The shipping options available for your order will depend on the shipping address and the products in your order.

 

Standard Shipping: Standard shipping is our most affordable shipping option. Delivery times may vary based on your location, but most orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days after processing. Once order is processed and shipped, the necessary tracking information will provided for every product.

Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Orders shipped via expedited shipping will usually be delivered within 2-3 business days after processing. Expedited shipping includes tracking information.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. The shipping options available for your order will depend on the shipping address and the products in your order. Please note that international shipping may be subject to additional fees and customs charges.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will vary based on the shipping method selected, the shipping address, and the size and weight of your order. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

Delivery Issues: If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve any issues and ensure that your order is delivered as quickly and reliably as possible.

 

 

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

ReturnsWe accept returns on products within 15 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.

Exchanges: We accept exchanges on products within 15 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused and in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging. To initiate an exchange, please contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and let us know the item you would like to exchange for. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and ship the exchanged item to you at no additional cost.

Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement product or a refund.

Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement product or a refund.

Non-Returnable Products: Some products may not be eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to final sale items, underwear, and swimwear. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable on our website.
